DOMESTIC SHIPPING
At Paras Ayurveda, we offer free domestic shipping on all orders above Rs. 999, regardless of your location. Our trusted logistics partners—including FedEx, BlueDart, Aramex, DHL, Maruti Courier, and Delhivery—ensure that your order is handled with care. We are continuously expanding our network to provide you with even more delivery options. Although we strive to deliver your products within 7 working days of placing your order, please note that delivery times may occasionally be extended due to holidays, severe weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We are pleased to offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for your convenience. Please note that a nominal fee of Rs. 80 per order will be applied when you choose COD. This option is available only for select pin codes. If you do not see COD as a shipping option during checkout, it means your postal code is not currently eligible. We are working hard to expand our COD coverage across India.
ORDER STATUS UPDATES AND TRACKING
You can log in to your account at Paras Ayurveda to check updates and track your order’s delivery. We use the following status tags to keep you informed:
- New: Your order has been placed and is awaiting processing.
- Processing: We are preparing your order—it’s being printed and packaged.
- Shipped: Your order has been dispatched from Paras Ayurveda and is on its way. You can track it using the information provided in your account or via email.
- On Hold: Your order has been temporarily paused. This may be due to a special request, missing information, or a technical issue. Please contact us through the Contact Us section for further details.
- Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled either by you or by Paras Ayurveda. Contact us if you need more information.
- Returned: After three unsuccessful delivery attempts to the provided address, your order has been returned to us. Please reach out to discuss redelivery options and any applicable extra charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order has been dispatched, however, cancellations or modifications are not possible. To cancel an order, please email us your order number at feedback@parasayurveda.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
